It has been a few weeks since Nate and I worked together on a production/editorial shoot. We've both been busy working on our own side projects as well as dealing with our day to day activities. Although we haven't been working together, the one thing we did not lose sight of was our hunger to take photos. This set gave us that exact opportunity.
Ladies and gents, I'd like to present the amazing Alice Wu.
Since my first shoot with her in the summer of last year, I already knew I wanted to photograph her again, especially in a studio setting. She is one very fashionable individual who can present herself in a variety of styles and colors. Whether street wear, elegance, or high fashion, she has a talent for fitting the overall expression.
With this shoot, Nate and I focused on a specific color palette of red, black, and white. This specific color combination mixed with comfortable dresses and jumpsuits emphasized boldness and class, which offered a great representation of Alice herself.
Along with Nate, I was fortunate enough to work with the very talented Trisha Arzadon, who was our make-up artist on the set. On top of Alice's modeling and Nate's styling, Trisha's artistry made the looks complete.
I also cannot forget to mention Mr. Ian Nico Montemayor who was Alice's biggest supporting block during the shoot.
I hope you all enjoyed the photos as much as we enjoyed taking them. We hope to continue building our team so we can keep creating.
If you're interested in these looks, majority of them can be found at H&M.
As always, I'd big thanks to the team that made it happen.
